Microsoft (Volt contract) Redmond, WA 2/05-current
Web Developer 1
• Researched internal websites’ needs and requirements, created a project plan and functional specification for each website’s development lifecycle.
• Developed two internal team sites using SharePoint Services, designed and developed custom navigation menus, created unique images and logos.
• Migrated data from existing internal sites to newly built team sites, implemented correct user permissions to correctly redirect high amount of internal traffic.

LexisNexis (Snowdogs contract) Bellevue, WA 8/04-12/04
Software Test Engineer 2
• Performed quality assurance testing for an ASP based court filing and service program on required browser configurations.
• Executed functional, application, regression and systems tests for assigned hot fixes and feature requests.
• Provided estimation of testing tasks, including re-writing of test plans, outdated test scripts and test passes.

Microsoft (Volt contract) Redmond, WA 7/03-7/04

• Responsible for and owned running automated Enterprise BVTs for daily Visual Studio builds on multiple platforms & SKUs.
• Provided fast, accurate feedback via email & team’s internal results website to the division on the quality of builds released by the build team.
• Requested ‘lockdown’ of source tree when the branch did not meet the basic BVT quality bar.
• Drove issues to resolution in order to improve the quality of daily builds.

• Assisted test team in verifying quality implementation of 3rd party application, ChangePoint with integration of Siebel.
• Updated and executed existing functional systems tests to encompass new feature sets, such as foreign currencies, regional settings and real time reporting.
• Performed ASP data validation through SQL queries, select statements and inner joins.
• Submitted, regressed and verified known software defects within Product Studio.
